How do I start a return?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the day of delivery.

Please note:

  • Items damaged or altered after receipt cannot be returned.
  • Any shipping or duty fees are non-refundable.
  • For any bundled or multi-part products, each item must be included in the return.
  • Holiday orders placed between November 15th and December 25th are returnable until January 31st after the new year. 

To start a return:

  • Head over to your Account Console and log in with the email you signed up with. If you don't remember your password, just click on the "Forgot Password" link and we'll send you a new one right away.
  • If you checked out as a guest on your order you will need to create an account with the same email you used for the order.
  • Once logged in, click the Account Icon shown below at the top right corner of the page.

  • Click on the Orders tab > Details dropdown > Start Return link.


  • After you select your return reason you will be given the option to print your return label.
  • Please attach the shipping label the to outside of package and include the packing slip in the package. 

Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund of the purchase price paid (minus any original shipping costs).  

We'll credit that to the same card used to make the purchase.  Please allow up to 14 calendar days for the credit to process on your end.
