What if I need to return something?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days from the day of delivery.  Please note:

  • Items damaged or altered after receipt cannot be returned.
  • Any shipping or duty fees are non-refundable.
  • For any bundled or multi-part products, each item must be included in the return.

To start a return, please submit a return request here. You will need:

  • Your order number from your confirmation email and
  • Your Zip Code

After you select your return reason you will be given the option to print your return label. 

Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund of the purchase price paid (minus any original shipping costs).  

We'll credit that to the same card used to make the purchase.  Please allow up to 14 calendar days for the credit to process on your end.
