Starter Bundles

Starter Bundles may be returned for a refund within 30 calendar days from delivery.

To start a return, please submit a return request here. You will need your order number from your confirmation email you received when your order was placed and your billing zip code. After you select your return reason you will be given the option to print your return label. 

Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund of the purchase price paid (minus shipping).  We'll credit that to the same card used to make the purchase.  Please allow up to 14 calendar days for the credit to process on your end.

Canadian Shipments:  Shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

NOTE:  We are unable to accept any packages marked "Refused" or "Returned to Sender."  All Returns must be shipped with new postage after following our returns process.

PROMOTIONAL RESTRICTIONS

Purchasing Bevel for rewards or incentives?  We are glad to have you join us and are excited you're able to take advantage of a great promotion, but we do have some special restrictions for such purchases below.

  • Because rewards points and incentives are distributed immediately, and cannot be manipulated by Bevel, we are not able to accept returns or extend refunds on such purchases. 

  • We do not have any visibility or access to your rewards program, so any questions around disbursement should be directed to the rewards distributor.

Replenishment Bundles

Replenishment bundles may be returned unopened and unused within 14 calendar days of the original delivery date. A $9.95 USD restocking fee and original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
