I think my order was shipped to the wrong address. What should I do?

Unfortunately we are not able to reroute or reship a shipment once it has processed.  Please provide your tracking number to the shipment carrier and ask that they reroute or hold your shipment for you.






If you entered an outdated or incorrect address, please log into your account to update your shipping address. Fix your billing address too, if that’s changed. All future orders will go to your new address.
