To check the status of your shipment and track your latest package, login and click the ‘Subscription’ tab.
If your mailbox is in a shared space (apartment complex, PO Box, parcel locker, etc), please check with your management or leasing office to make sure your package is not waiting for you there.
If based on the tracking information your bundle appears to have been delivered but you have not received it, you can file a claim with USPS here. All bundles are insured. Please note, any claims must be submitted within 30 days of ship date. Outside of this window, you are responsible for all payments made towards the bundle.
If you do not receive your bundle because the address was entered incorrectly or you have since changed addresses, you are still responsible for the cost of that bundle as well as the cost of reshipping an additional bundle if the original shipment has not been returned to us.
